The room at peak
Fri-Sat, 8pm to 1am, the room is busy but never cramped — it is too small to get loud. Energy is warm without tipping into chaos. Off-peak, weekday evenings are genuinely pleasant to play; dealers have time to help.
Staff & service
Floor staff are well-trained and present without hovering. Pit bosses handle disputes calmly and visibly. Drink service at the tables is prompt at peak and slower off-peak. Dealers at the beginner tables are happy to teach new players — this is a strength, not a box-tick.
